Position Overview:Reporting to the Regional HSE leader, as an HSE Systems and Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and enhancement of HSE systems and reporting processes for the APAC region. You will ensure our organisation's compliance with international standards and regulations, driving efficiency and fostering a human-centered approach to HSE management.
Your Role:Develop and implement a modern HSE Management System across a multijurisdictional region, aligning with international standards.
Utilize Microsoft Office365 for effective HSE administration, including audit coordination and business process improvements.
Ensure HSE regulatory compliance through diligent monitoring, audits, and corrective actions.
Refresh our risk management framework, offering training and improved control visibility.
Influence our corporate culture towards better HSE performance, advocating best practices.
Enhance HSE data capture and reporting, creating PowerBI tools for insightful analysis and reporting.
Promote continuous improvement in HSE processes, collaborating with teams across the organization.
Your Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in HSE management systems and reporting
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office365, including SharePoint and PowerBI
Familiarity with international standards (9001/14001/45001) and HSE regulations
Similar experience working in a dynamic multi-national organisation
