Hseq Lead - Kuala Lumpur - Time'S Group

We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Lead with a strong background in project management consultancy (PMC) to lead our team's health, safety, and environment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive emergency preparedness and contingency plans, including regular drill exercises for various types of emergencies.
Maintain and improve safety standards to best practice at all times, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Oversee construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to Meinhardt standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage relevant safety records, certificates, and documents required for sites.
Promote consistent implementation of company health and safety policies across the organization.
Liaise with governmental agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead thorough investigations into incidents, recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Design and deliver safety training programs, monitor their effectiveness, and conduct evaluations.
Advise senior management on safety and health matters, including compliance with local legislations.
Carry out workplace health and safety inspections and audits, implementing corrective action as necessary.
Requirements:Hold a NEBOSH Qualification and be a registered DOSH Safety & Health Officer.
A minimum of 8 years' experience in relevant roles, with a strong background in Project Management Consultancy (PMC).
Proven ability to prepare and present reports effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Willingness to travel extensively (60% of the time) across Malaysia.
Preferably based in the Klang Valley.
