Human Resource & Admin Executive

Responsibilities: Assisting Head of Human Resources to : 1. Handle full spectrum of HR management system: a) Responsible for the integrity of HR Database and as well as accurate processing of payroll;
b) Handle full spectrum of computerized HR administration and management including payroll, e-claims, e-leaves etc.
2.Handle full spectrum of recruitment, including but not limited to attracting applicants, interviewing and evaluating applicants, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, conducting orientation for on-boarding staff, etc.
3. Learning and Development: a) Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers;
b )Evaluate training effectiveness and review feedback;
c) Source and liaise with training providers;
d) Understand the e-learning techniques, and where relevant, provide in-house training.
4.Other Human Resources and Admin functions: a) Assist to improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices;
b) Handle staff resignation process and documentations, eg. exit interview;
c) Maintain staff leaves record and attendance;
d) Monitor staff confirmation;
e) Maintain employee files and HR filing system;
f) Maintaining staff insurance listing;
g) Other admin functions as and when required.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills: 1. Diploma or bachelor Degree in HR or equivalent;
2. Related experience in construction and property development industry is preferred;
3. Possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills;
4. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and;
5. Good command of English, Malay and/or Mandarin will be an added advantage.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
