Responsibilities:Responsible for Human Resources and administrative functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, employment contract preparation, and office administration.
Responsible for preparing training plan and all related processes, including sourcing external training opportunities and managing HRDC grant applications.
Monitor daily attendance and track employee leaves.
Maintain the employee database using HR software and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain comprehensive and confidential employee files, contracts, and records.
Coordinate the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
Assist in the preparation and delivery of information/announcements to employees via memos, emails, and bulletin board notices.
Responsible for the preparation and execution of the employee performance review process.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the superior/Factory Manager.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
Required language proficiency: English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
Good knowledge in Sarawak Labour Ordinance, Industrial Relations Act, and statutory regulations.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Orisoft software is preferred.
Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
High level of integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
Candidate must be willing to work at Sejingkat Industrial Park, Kuching.
