Human Resource & Admin Executive

Responsibilities: Conduct HR operations across full spectrum of HR functions and processes across the full employment life cycle (end-to-end) Payroll and benefits administration, review and renewals (end-to-end process) Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques HR service deliveries and query management support and administrative support Coordinate, liaise, profile creation, system updates to ensure timely enrolment/or update for employees during on/or offboarding Timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll and handling government statutory Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues Assist in organizations and running of HR initiatives, events, transformation projects, engagement activities Provide administrative and assistant support Other assigned ad hoc tasks Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws and regulations Proficient experience with Autocount Payroll, Microsoft Applications in Excel, Power Point and Word Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field Willing to work Office working hour: Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm Saturday : 8.30am to 12.30pm
