Human Resource & Admin Manager (Flexible Hours)

-Run recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing candidates, interviewing and on board procedures.


-Manage, coordinate, follow up and resolve warehouse matters with service providers, vendors, park management and legal team


-Source and coordinate with partners for operations matters, including onboarding, agreement, attendance matters, claims and terminations


-Monitor and manage warehouse security, safety, operation and 4S protocols and procedures to ensure secure and ongoing operations


-Manage employee attendance, performance and payroll matters


-Manage on-site admin to process warehouse, operation and guest visiting related matters


-Communicate with China HQ to ensure smooth operations


-Perform tasks assigned by superior from time-to-time

; Requirements:-


-Candidate must hold at least Bachelor and above qualification in Human Resources, Management or related fields.


-At least 4 years of working experience in Human Resources. 


-Experience at managerial position. Experiece working with director is a plus.


-Ability to act fast with strong problem solving skills.


-Proficiency in Chinese and English is a must.


-Experience in logistics, warehousing or fulfillment.
