COMPANY OVERVIEW LSE Attrus Sdn Bhd and its group of subsidiaries is a fast-growing F&B restaurant chains group which headquartered in Johor Bahru, currently own 4 established F&B brands and operating over 10 outlets with over 300 headcounts in our group. All our restaurants are halal, and our diverse team includes Malay, Chinese, Indian, and also foreigner staffs. The brands under our group's management are including Padi Kopitiam, Pacific Kopi, Principle Cafe, and Palates & Bagels.Our group is expanding rapidly with a target to open at least 3-5 new outlets every year throughout Malaysia, this in turn provides ample of opportunities for career growth including salary increment and fast career promotion to our employees.Our group is also running an accommodation & event space business, located right in town of Johor Bahru, called 'ATTRUS by LSE', which is having the concept of 'bed & breakfast' that primary caters to budget travelers. We emphasize friendly and collaborative company culture and aim for consistent personal development in the careers of all our staff, through annual salary increments as well as job promotions for top performers. JOB DESCRIPTION Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, primarily include but not limited to payroll processing, recruitment, onboarding, termination, performance review, counselling, other staff welfares monitoring, as well as Directors benefits & other administrative matters.Take initiative to understand F&B operating environment and the hiring needs of each outletStrong management of the staffing requirement, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding as well as necessary termination.Monitor staff hostel arrangement including occupancy audit, hygiene inspection etc.Deal with government authorities or enforcement personnel when in need.Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.Optimize use of HR software to perform more HR related tasks.Familiarize with the Company Employee Handbook, and propose recommendations to improve our company policy.Investigate employee issues and conflicts, and bring them to resolution.Handle all aspects of employee relations, including show cause notices, warnings, and memos.Maintain company organization charts and employee hierarchy.Maintain full set of comprehensive employee records by timely update of employee data in HR systems and maintain highest level of accuracy, from time to time.Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.Propose, design and implement employee retention strategies.Being a good leader to lead the team members in the HR department.Strong delegation skills and able to understand the development needs of HR staffs.Handling any other administrative tasks. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 10 years of working experience.Including a minimum 5 years of experience in handling full spectrum of HR duties.Including a minimum 3 years of experience in HR managerial level role.Strong recruitment knowledge and able to adapt to intensive hiring speed due to fast growth of the company. Proficient in managing employee issues and resolving conflicts.Strong coaching and counseling skills.Have knowledge in managing administrative matters of a company.Able to work in high-growth company and fast-paced working environment.Able to travel to outlets when necessary.Experience in F&B or hotel or any other relevant industry will be an advantage.Proficiency in Chinese language is compulsory (writing, reading, speaking).Working hour: 0830am to 1830pm (5-days work week) JOB HIGHLIGHTS FREE daily working staff meal is one of the key benefits.Friendly and open-minded working environment.Provide annual career advancement to lead bigger business segment of the company.Access to regular one to one session with Director of the company to discuss your personal growth.Salary is reviewed every 6 to 12 months.Staff Meal, Parking, Hostel provided.Company Annual Dinner.Birthday Voucher for staff.Medical / Dental / Optical benefits.All statutory benefits include AL, MC, Public Holiday double pay or replacement leave, contribution for EPF, SOCSO, EIS.
