Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled HR Assistant Manager to join our team at MF Technology Supply & Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. In addition, you will oversee the full scope of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we hire talent that aligns with the company's culture and long-term goals.
• Develop and implement people strategies to align to the business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and administration to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement;
• Responsible for full HR spectrum.
• Oversee and manage HR operations to ensure efficient processes.
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
• Foster positive employee relations and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with other department heads to align operational activities with overall business objectives.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to meet HR operational targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to track and improve operational performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
• Proven track record in the recruitment process and successfully hiring the right talent.
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices and employment law compliance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Experience working in related industry is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in HR systems and management tools.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Able to start immediately, is an added advantage.
