Human Resource Administrator

Responsibilities:Administration:Oversee the office's daily operations and keep track of employee records such as attendance, medical leave, and other employee data.
Employee relations:Assisting with employee communications, such as sending announcements and reminders, and organizing the company's social activities.
Training and development:Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs to improve employees' knowledge and skills.
Recruitment:Assisting the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, contacting and screening candidates, as well as liaising with the UK Management team for interview sessions.
Orientation:Prepare the necessary onboarding materials and conduct orientation for new hires.
Compensation and benefits:Manage and process employee allowance claims and other reimbursements.
Minimum Qualifications:
You must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of working experience in Human Resources.
Detail-oriented person with good communication skills.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think creatively and work cross-functionally within the job scope.
