Human Resource Assistant Manager (5 Headcount) Plant

Responsibilities: Manage and maintain employee payroll records (salary, bonuses, commissions).
Oversee end-to-end payroll process (data verification, salary calculation, compliance).
Prepare and maintain payroll reports for audits.
Collaborate with HR, finance, and departments for data accuracy.
Regularly update payroll systems and software.
Ensure data protection and confidentiality of employee information.
Coordinate annual Performance Appraisal cycle.
Handle Industrial Relations cases when necessary.
Requirements Basic Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience in Payroll/HR Operations.
HR Business Partnering, Industrial Relations/Employee Relations experience preferred.
Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English.
