RESPONSIBILITIES:Compliance Support:Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies;Prepare, update and maintain HR policies, procedures, related agreements (Service Level Agreement, Freelance Agreement & Non Disclosure Agreement) and employee handbooks;Support the preparation of reports and documentation for compliance purposes;Assist with research on employment law and related agency updates and provide input for internal reviews.Recruitment Assistance:Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, candidate screening, background screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding activities;Maintain recruitment records and manage candidate databases;Prepare job descriptions and employment contracts;Communicate with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.HR Administration:Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality;Assist with handling employee queries related to HR policies and processes;Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including preparing HR documents and reports.Communication:Prepare and distribute HR-related communications in clear and professional English;Assist with the preparation of presentations and materials for HR meetings or training;Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients on HR matters.REQUIREMENTS:Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or its equivalent;Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in HR will be an added advantage;Well versed with Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act and other related legislation;Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;Good communication skills (written and oral) in English & Bahasa Malaysia;Good interpersonal skills and able to deal with all levels of employees;Initiative, resourceful and self-motivated;Able to work independently and as a team player;Applicant must be willing to work at Batu Kawan, Penang.#J-18808-Ljbffr
