Key Responsibilities
1.Strategic HR Planning:



-Collaborate with MRO leadership to align HR strategies with the company's operational goals.


-Participate in strategic decision-making, focusing on workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention.


-Develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance productivity and operational excellence.

2.Talent Acquisition and Development:



-Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and lead recruitment efforts for technical and non-technical positions.


-Identify training and development needs and organize learning programs to enhance employee capabilities, particularly for maintenance technicians, engineers, and other skilled staff.


-Lead succession planning and career pathing initiatives.

3.Employee Relations and Engagement:



-Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.


-Foster a positive working environment by promoting company values and ensuring consistent communication and feedback.


-Implement employee engagement programs tailored to the MRO environment, addressing unique needs like safety concerns, shift work, and high-stress operational areas.

4.Performance Management:



-Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and developing performance improvement plans.


-Implement and monitor employee performance management systems to ensure alignment with operational objectives.


-Drive initiatives that recognize and reward high performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.

; Requirements:- Qualifications



-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field


-HR experience in an HRBP or similar strategic HR role.


-Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or MRO environment is highly preferred.


-Proven experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.


-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, technical environments.


-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with leaders and employees across all levels.

Additional Information



-Salary up to RM 182,000
