Seeking a dynamic Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) with proven experience in recruitment, IR/ER, and L&D. The ability to guide and support a young team is also crucial, alongside a passion to drive improvements for the betterment of the organisation.
Key responsibilities: Recruitment & Employer Branding Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing of candidates to pre-onboarding.Engage hiring managers in manpower discussions and provide advice regarding remuneration packages and headcount requirements.Assist in recruitment/manpower strategy to develop a healthy talent pool for critical positions.Lead and execute recruitment/hiring projects to meet the hiring objectives and promote employer branding, including internship and graduate programs. Learning & Development, and Culture Plan and execute learning initiatives based on training needs analysis and business needs.Manage in-house training including organising training, managing HRDC fund, managing training bond, and training evaluation. Lead and execute culture-building and employee engagement efforts.Drive the new joiner onboarding and orientation program. Industrial/Employee Relations Provide advisory services to ensure compliance with employment-related legislation and best practices, and promote positive employee relations.Manage grievances and misconduct reports by conducting investigations, mediation and counselling, and issuing disciplinary letters and disciplinary actions.Represent the company in managing any cases escalated to JTK/JPP.
Others Support the planning and execution of strategic HR projects e.g. digitisation and digitalisation initiatives, talent management and career development initiatives, etc.Continually update and improve processes and policies to improve employee experience, compliance, and HR effectiveness and efficiency. Build a strong understanding of the business and industry to effectively business partner with internal stakeholders. Key requirements: Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR, with a solid understanding and application of the Malaysian Employment ActExcellent communication skills in English (both written & oral)Able to work effectively with numerous stakeholder groups, with a strong client focus and a passion for delivering added value.Tech-savvy and resourceful.Strong organisation skills, and takes accountability for results.A self-starter, eager to continue picking up new skills and knowledge in their career.
