To ensure efficient day-to-day HR administration of the company.Monthly PayrollMonthly Employee SchedulingAct as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing information and guidance on HR policies and procedures.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databasesIntake and route employee concerns to Higher Level Management.Administer and support HR programs, including benefits enrollment, leave of absence management, employee mobility, and employee recognition initiatives, escalating to appropriate regional teams when necessary.Initiate onboarding and offboarding processSupport the performance management process, including goal-setting, quarterly growth conversations, and appraisal activities.Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.Assist in drafting, revising, and disseminating HR documents, policies and procedures.Able to work independently on manpower planning and budgeting such as payroll, training etc.Collaborate with the finance department to process payroll and address payroll-related inquiries.
QualificationsMinimum of 1-3 years of working experience in human resources, with a good understanding of HR functions and practices Strong knowledge of HR best practices with compliance with Malaysia Labour Law and Industrial Law.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.Able to work in fast paced environment and be a team player with strong leadership skills, proactive, committed and independent personality.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Being fluency in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.
