As an HR Executive at Mamaway Trading (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with your team to understand their staffing needs and ensure that the company's human resources strategies align with business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.2. Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and resolving conflicts.Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and employee engagement initiatives.3. Performance Management: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.Support managers in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and identifying development opportunities for employees.4. HR Compliance and Administration: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, personal files, and leave management.Prepare and manage HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and disciplinary actions.5. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of relevant programs to enhance employee skills and performance.Support career development initiatives by providing resources and guidance for employee growth.6. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and other benefits7. Office Administration: Oversee office maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.Implement and enhance office policies and procedures for optimal efficiency. Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of HR experience, with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. (Fresh-graduate also welcoming)Experience in retail industry.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to mediate and resolve conflicts effectively.
