About This Role As a Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day administrative tasks in the Human Resource (HR) department. You will conduct recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, managing employee records and handling inquiries from employees and clients. You will also support various HR projects, as needed. It is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department and supporting the clients and overall workforce.
Responsibilities Preparation and submission of monthly and annual payroll and taxes for Company staff and clients - Singapore & Malaysia. Preparation and submission of monthly statutory contribution (EPF/SOCSO/PCB) for designated Malaysia clients on payroll services. Preparation and submission of monthly statutory contribution (CPF/SDL) for designated Singapore clients on payroll services. Assist in meeting clients' presumptions and proactively working to ensure clients' satisfaction and retention. Preparation and update of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each department and designation. Monitor, update and in-charge of ACCA Approved Employer Programme for the company. Conduct recruitment matters including posting of job ads, shortlisting of candidates, arrange for interview and conduct staff orientation for junior positions. Oversee in organising all Appraisal and Evaluation exercises. Oversee the preparation and updates of training plans for each department and designation. Maintain and update employee records and handle inquiries from employees and clients. Maintain company insurance enrolment for new hires and leavers. Setup and monitor staff access to internal services, facilities and assets of the company. Conduct staff events and welfare matters. Keep abreast of all matters, rules and laws concerning labour, manpower and employee matters in Singapore and Malaysia. Keep abreast of all HR administrative matters. Any other duties assigned by Supervisor. Requirements Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
