Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment.Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee performance evaluations.Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferable candidate with minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
