To prepare and handle HR related matters independently or with minimum supervision.
Accurate and timely processing of monthly staff payroll including calculation of overtime and commission.
To prepare and submit monthly statutory requirements (e.g.
EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax).
To submit CP22/CP22A on time.
To maintain total staff personal files and ensure information is updated.
To prepare payroll reports and entry of journals.
To update and monitor staff leave, staff uniform, and medical reimbursements.
To maintain, improve, and update current policies and procedures/SOP in compliance with government regulations and Company requirements.
To provide advice and counseling in disciplinary issues and ensure actions taken conform with relevant labor laws and Company rules and regulations.
Support the full spectrum of HR functions including welfare, training, development, recruitment, benefits, and payroll.
To prepare year-end remuneration returns (e.g.
income tax and EA Forms).
To perform any duties as assigned by your superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Human Resource or equivalent.
At least 3 years of HR working experience in the retail industry.
Independent and able to work under pressure.
Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Desa Kundang.
Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage.
