Job Description & Responsibilities:- Responsible for general HR activities including payroll, compensation & benefits, leave management, employee relations and other HR administration functions.- Provide day to day local HR operations support including onboarding & offboarding, performance management process- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques- To manage human resource policies and SOP to make sure that they are legislatively compliant and reflective of current best practice- Provide employee sufficient information about human resources policies- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues- Day-to-day HR operation and ad-hoc task givenRequirements:- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Excellent and in-depth knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act/ legislation- Required language: English, & Malay- Good interpersonal & communication skills.- Able to work independently & as a team.**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Segamat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
