Human Resource Executive - Payroll & AdministrativeJob Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and ensure statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and ensure accurate timekeeping records.
Manage employee benefits such as insurance and medical surveillance.
Supervise administrative support functions, including inventory, transportation, and canteen operations.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
Generate reports for management and audits.
