Coordinate the continuous learning and development plans to support training centre in Malaysia (including West Malaysia and Sabah).
Pro-actively engage in the Group's training strategy, training plans, work closely with Operating Units in their Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and future training requirements for career development.
Good knowledge of Succession Planning methods, Talent Fast Track Program and Assessment Center approach methods.
Manage and conduct staff training programs and activities for the Group in estates and palm oil mills, Knowledge Enhancement Program (KEPs) for plantation, elective programs and structured training for cadets.
Ensure overall effective executive of the training and development programs to meet the organization's objectives.
Manage HRDF levies and plan for the monthly claims on ETRIS Systems.
Provide administration support for all training related activities/functions.
Plan the annual training calendars and budgets.
Prepare regular reports for Management review on training effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Science / Psychology / Communications or equivalent.
At least 3 years' of experience in staff training and development activities in a managerial capacity, preferably in plantation industry.
Possess relevant experience in planning, delivering, executing and monitoring training programs and results on a sustained basis.
Hands-on exposure in conducting management and supervisory skills training programs to employees from various operating levels.
Good presentation skills and strong spoken and written communications skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mobile and have an active interest in working in the plantation sector, handling workers of diverse cultural backgrounds.
Previous working experience in oil palm plantation environment will be an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
