Our dynamic team is passionate about finding the right talent for our clients, and we're looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join us for a 3-month internship program.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and curious HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR-related sourcing, administration, interview coordination, and social media management.
If you are driven, eager to learn, and have a keen interest in HR and Talent Acquisition, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Support HR-related sourcing activities, including identifying potential candidates and managing databases.
Perform candidate pre-screening activities to identify the right talent.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Participate in interview coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on various projects and initiatives.
Learn and assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Assist in managing and creating content for our social media platforms to attract top talent.
What We're Looking For:
A passion for Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
High interest in the luxury retail industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Social Media Platform savvy is a plus!
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
