Duties & Responsibilities
Preparation of all HR correspondence such as appointment, confirmations, salary review, resignations, termination, warning, etc.
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
Perform daily attendance tracking, leave management, and processing of monthly employee claims.
Handle the onboarding of foreign workers from new application, work permit renewal, FOMEMA arrangements, check out memo, etc.
Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database, performance evaluation, compensation, and benefits) of each employee.
Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues and liaising with statutory government bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, CIDB, etc.
Manage employees' grievances.
Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
Keep records of staff insurance and ensure timely renewal.
Plan & implement company events (team building, festival celebrations, annual dinner, etc).
Any other HR operational and clerical duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR.
Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role.
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance).
Demonstrable leadership abilities.
Solid communication skills.
BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
