ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
Supporting HR staff in onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
Assisting in organizing employee training and development programs.
Helping with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events and surveys.
Assisting in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Contributing to HR-related projects as assigned by your supervisor.
Upholding confidentiality and data security when handling sensitive HR information.
Job RequirementsEnrolled in a relevant degree program or a recent graduate in HR, Business, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
Time management and adaptability.
Ethical conduct and ability to handle sensitive information.
Willingness to learn, collaborate, and take initiative.
Preferably a 6-month internship period student.
Willing to work in Cyberjaya.
