Qualifications:

· Excellent leadership and team management skills.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
· Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
· Proficiency in HR software and tools.
· Professional HR certification (e.g., SPHR, PHR) is a plus.
