We are looking for an exceptional individual who will lead performance management initiatives for the organization.
The Challenges
Design and implement performance management systems, processes, and tools to align with organisational objectives and drive performance excellence.
Collaborate with departmental leaders to establish clear performance expectations and metrics for all roles within the organization.
Develop and facilitate performance management training programs for managers and employees to enhance performance feedback, coaching, and goal-setting skills.
Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Partner with HR to ensure performance management practices comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
Lead performance review processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance evaluations, fostering a culture of accountability and recognition.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues, including performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in performance management, recommending and implementing innovative approaches to enhance organisational performance.
