Our client is an established beauty/wellness company with a presence in Singapore and Malaysia.
The Company plans to extend its reach into Indonesia and is currently expanding into the aesthetic clinic business, targeting to open its first flagship clinic in the first quarter of 2025.
They are looking for a dynamic HR Practitioner to join their growing team, and the successful candidate can expect exciting career opportunities with the Company.
*Key Responsibilities*
Partner with the business to perform the full HR spectrum in Malaysia (Currently KL & JB), including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, L&D, employee relations, and performance management.
Ensure that local HR policies, procedures, and practices in Malaysia comply with Malaysian labour laws and other relevant laws, as well as the broader Group HR strategies and business objectives set by the Company.
Work with Group HR in SG to fulfill all candidate sourcing and onboarding requests for MY managerial and staff levels.
Collaborate with Group HR in SG to review and implement HR records management & system improvements.
Provide timely and accurate submission of HR and any other reports as required by Group HR and the Company.
Support internal audits and regulatory compliance tasks.
Promote a unified company culture that aligns with the Company's values and mission, working closely with Group HR to ensure consistency in employee engagement and workplace culture.
Take on any other new assignments from the Management and Group HR.
*Requirements*
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in MY with strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws.
Highly proficient in M365, SharePoint, and HRIS.
Self-driven and hands-on person.
Collaborative in nature and a strong team player.
Able to handle confidential information with high integrity and discretion.
Energetic and willing to implement change.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Very detail-oriented and strong at producing high quality/accurate work.
Diplomatic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of staff.
Strong with numbers and critical thinking, able to complete HR initiatives with high cost-benefit outcomes.
Willing to go to different sites and engage with front-line staff.
Willing to work beyond normal working hours and weekends, should there be work exigencies.
