Human Resources:
-Recruitment and Onboarding: 
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires. 
-Employee Relations: Act as the point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, fostering a positive work environment. 
-HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations, updating policies as necessary to meet evolving requirements. 
-Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities for staff. 
-Payroll : Process payroll accurately and timely and ensure submission of EPF, Socso, HRCorp and SST is paid according to government regulations. -
Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the organization
Administrative Duties:
-Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance. 
-Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, personal details, and performance data.

; Requirements:- What We're Looking For:


-Qualifications:


-A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


-1-3 years of experience in HR or office administration.


-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.


-Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


-Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of HR software is a plus.


-A positive attitude, with a passion for helping others and improving workplace dynamics.
