HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE (Immediate Hiring)The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the human resources functions within the manufacturing facility.
This role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, performance management, and ensuring a productive and harmonious work environment that aligns with organizational objectives.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:Talent Acquisition
Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract the right candidates, manage the recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Payroll Administration
Ensure accurate and timely salary payment while complying with statutory requirements at all times.
Manage the remuneration and reward systems, market benchmarking, and revise based on market trends & business goals.
Performance Management
Assist in the development and implementation of goal setting (KPIs) and performance reviews.
Provide guidance to Department Heads.
Training and Development
Coordinate skill development programs, conduct orientation sessions for new hires, maintain training records, and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
Employee Relations Management
Address grievances and foster a positive work environment that aligns with organizational values and objectives.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Compliance and Policy Management
Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations, ISO requirements, and company policies.
Regularly review and update accordingly.
Administrative Support
Ensure all HR records are well kept and updated.
Provide secretarial support such as flight and hotel booking.
REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
3-5 years of relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry.
Well-versed in Employment Act 1955, IR Act, statutory requirements, and other HR practices.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Proficiency in HR management software, preferablyHR2000 .
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, able to generate and analyze HR reports.
