Do you have experience in managing the delivery of Administration and Human Resources functions for a manufacturing organisation?
This amazing opportunity for a Human Resources and Administration Manager will oversee the operation of office based functions for a reputable international specialist component manufacturing company who are opening their new Asia Pacific hub in Klang Valley, Malaysia.
To be successful in this role you will be hands on in managing an efficient team that provides the administrative support to the manufacturing operation, especially in the key functions of Human Resources, Logistics, Procurement, Finance and Property Management.
You will ensure they are managed and delivered to the standards required by a dynamic and forward thinking organisation whilst contributing input to the Health & Safety and Security standards within the site.
As a pioneer status organisation, this talented individual will be key in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, giving insightful input into process improvements as well as considering future business growth when putting systems into place.

The desired qualifications and experience (not all are essential as training will be given if you have the right go getter mindset): Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Supply Chain Management or any equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 4 years working experience in managing Human Resources, Logistics and Administration within a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage.
Strong working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is essential (preferably SAP).
Familiarity of Malaysian Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) licensing and compliance.
Managed logistics, Import/Export activities and had responsibility for all aspects of Customs requirements and compliance (preferably as Designated Customs Officer).
Result orientated team leader with a strong eye for detail, problem solving and process improvement with the ability to present ideas to the business.
Working knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, Malaysian Customs Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act, Factories and Machinery Act and subsequent amendments is essential to success in this role.
Understanding of procurement processes and contract negotiation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to represent the Company to Customers, Government Bodies and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
