Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs, helping to foster a culture of continuous professional growth within the organization.
This role involves coordinating training events, maintaining learning systems, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and training records.
Assist in the organization and maintenance of the talent pool data bank for succession planning and talent development.
Provide administrative assistance for in-house training programs and knowledge development initiatives.
Support the scheduling and coordination of training sessions, meetings, and other HR-related activities.
Assist in the preparation of monthly learning and development reports for management review.
Contribute to reports on talent & leadership development, internship & apprenticeship programs, buddy performance, training & knowledge development, PIP status, ROI initiatives, performance culture activities & EVP exercise, and employee relations programs.
Assist in the coordination of Pulse Survey exercises across the organization.
Support the follow-up on Competency-Based Training (CBT) programs, ensuring compliance and participation.
Collaborate in scheduling and coordinating quarterly succession planning exercises.
Contribute to the development and implementation of succession planning initiatives.
Assist in revisiting Performance Management System (PMS) guidelines in alignment with the company's strategic directions and Annual Operating Plan.
Work with HR Manager to prepare the annual budget for Learning & Development and Employee Relations activities, providing justifications for budgetary needs.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification of Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in Learning & Development or Talent Management.
Exposure to HR processes, preferably in the areas of training coordination and employee relations.
Familiarity with LMS platforms.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
