What you'll be doing Provide strategic HR consulting and business partnering to key stakeholders across the organisationCollaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges, and develop tailored HR solutionsOversee the implementation of HR programmes, policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business goalsAdvise and coach managers on people management best practices, including employee relations, performance management and talent developmentAnalyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making and drive continuous improvementContribute to the design and delivery of employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing work culturePartner with the HR team to provide efficient and effective HR service deliveryWhat we're looking for Significant experience (6+ years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR roleStrong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to translate business objectives into impactful HR strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levelsProficiency in data analysis and the use of HR metrics to drive decision-makingProven track record of designing and implementing effective HR programmes and initiativesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
