Role Overview The HRBP Executive will be responsible for strategic HR planning by collaborating with the HR Manager to align HR strategies with business goals and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.
In talent management, the role involves leading talent acquisition efforts, developing employee development strategies, and overseeing succession planning.
Employee relations responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on HR policies, and resolving conflicts.
The position also entails implementing and overseeing performance management processes, driving employee recognition programs, identifying training needs, and collaborating on learning and development initiatives.
Additionally, the HRBP Executive will be involved in developing and maintaining HR metrics and preparing regular reports on key performance indicators for senior management.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
3-5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnering.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Maintain confidentiality of discussions, decisions, and documents related to the HR.
Strong-bias for action Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced and international environment Highly organized Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to navigate and embrace ambiguity Understanding of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
