Job Description Act as an effective HR leader in partnership with the business units leaders from various business units in providing broad range of the HR solutions and strategic plans to support the business in delivering the best HR practices that align with the business needs and achieve the business goals.
Responsible for planning, executing and managing the day-to-day human resources initiatives and operations matters.
Scope of HR Business Partner: HR Strategy : collaborate with the leadership team on formulating people strategy and initiatives that are aligned with the corporate objectives and based on priority.
Organisation Development : analyse the organizational capabilities and work with leaders to review and develop the right organizational structure and ways of working for the business.
Employee Engagement : positively impact employees by cultivating a highly integrity culture and performance-driven working ethics, to achieve the employees' satisfaction and healthy corporate / environment culture.
Employee Relations : facilitate resolution of employee conflicts or concerns.
Investigate allegations of employees' misconduct and guide the management on disciplinary and grievance processes.
Talent Development : drive talent review process and review with leaders to create individual development and succession plans to improve the human capabilities.
Manpower Planning : forecast and plan ahead the manpower needs for the business to ensure the readiness of the human resources in meeting the business demands.
Compensation & Benefits : studies the market / competitors trend and the needs of business to enhance the competitiveness of the reward strategies, through liaison with the HR Service Centre – C&B. Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management Qualifications Degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience in HR generalist, preferable with solid track records of successful implementation of the HR programmes and initiatives.
Experienced in dealing with diversified business and managing various levels of stakeholders in a MNC environment.
Familiar with the latest update in Employment Act, ISO9001 or relevant shared service standard.
Knowledge in using computer/MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure to HRIS (particularly in Ascender& SmartRecruiter) is an added advantage.
Knowledge in competency-based hiring or use of psychometrics profiling is an added advantage.
Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both written and communication.
