About the TeamHR Compliance and Governance focuses on various legal and external regulatory requirements for human resources, such as cross-border travel compliance, cooperation with employee representative bodies, and the setup of new hiring entities. Our main goals are to ensure the company complies with local laws and regulations related to labor and employment during global business development, and to help the company solve compliance and governance issues related to "people and organization." Responsibilities:1. Conduct compliance review and provide optimization advice for HR Policies;2. Initiate thematic studies to build a whole solution to the HR compliance framework, solutions, and risk mitigation mechanism, and promote implementation as well as monitor operation outcomes;3. Be current on the dynamic labor regulatory landscape, evaluate risks if needed, and provide risk management suggestions for decision-making;4. Manage globalization and outbound related HR compliance issues, and organize compliance management training;5. Provide cross-function compliance-related coordination, and support ad-hoc HR compliance matters.
Minimum Qualifications:1. Clear logic, good at structured thinking, able to solve complex problems independently;2. Strong research and critical thinking skills, data-minded and process optimization-minded;3. Good spoken and written English skills, able to use English as a working language, comfortable working across time zones and cultures;4. Good team spirit, with cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively drive project execution and problem resolution;5. Strong sense of responsibility and execution, self-driven and stress resistant, result-oriented. Preferred Qualification: 1. Experiences in multinational companies or overseas preferred.
