Assist with the daily operations of HR functions and duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department.
Address employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.
Assist in coordinating HR projects (e.g., meetings, training sessions, surveys, etc.).
Support the employee confirmation process (e.g., sending email reminders, collecting forms, preparing confirmation letters).
Assist in the resignation/offboarding process (e.g., preparing resignation letters, arranging exit interviews, updating relevant parties).
Prepare letters for various purposes (e.g., employment confirmation letters, probation confirmation letters and so on).
Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities.
Compile and maintain employee records in both hard and soft copies.
Communicate with stakeholders when necessary.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:Diploma or bachelor's degree in HR or related course.
Minimum 1-3 years with related experience.
Fluent in both oral and written in English.
Proficient in MS Office.
