FOR HUMAN RESOURCES To coordinate on recruitment & training activities.Arrange for interview and hiring documentation.Assist on issuing staff related letter and proper record and filling.Assist in payroll administration, leave administration, staff welfare. Preparation and submission for statutory payroll contribution (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).Monitor staff OT record, Claim submission.Keep track the record of the quantities of company uniform & stationery.Register / delete the employee listing to the panel clinic.Others HR related issue when request by superior. FOR ADMIN Answer phone call reply customer request with professional manner.Make payment voucher for all invoices and failing for Account Department.Prepare schedule/duty roster for operations.Cover customer service and help on ticketing counter when shortage of manpower.Assist to check and remind for business license and ATV renewal.Annual renewal of fire extinguishers.To oversee and monitor general office administration matters.Taking minutes on weekly management meeting.Resolve administrative problem and inquiries.If there is a disruption of water or fire supply needs to file a complaint to JBA or TNB and solve the issues asap.Others assignment as and when required by the Management.
