Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic HR Leadership : Lead and execute HR strategies that align with the company's long-term business goals, particularly focusing on market penetration and operational excellence.
Change Management : Spearhead organizational change initiatives across HR practices, ensuring seamless integration of new processes and systems to support business transformation.
Union Negotiations & Labor Relations : Manage union relationships, negotiate labor agreements, and address labor-related challenges to foster a positive workplace environment.
Workforce Planning & Talent Development : Design and implement talent strategies that promote employee development, performance management, and retention across all departments, including manufacturing and promotional teams.
Performance Optimization : Continuously assess and refine HR policies, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with the company's objectives, particularly within the manufacturing and marketing divisions.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
Proven experience in leading large-scale HR transformations within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated expertise in managing labor relations and union negotiations.
Strong leadership in change management, talent development, and workforce optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in companies with a strong market focus, particularly within FMCG sector.
Ability to navigate complex labor environments, ensuring adherence to labor laws and fostering strong relationships with unions and other workforce segments.
Innovative mindset and operational excellence, with the ability to introduce HR solutions that support business expansion and market competitiveness.
