Human Resources Executive

Job Responsibilities:Maintain employee records and HR database.
Handling of monthly Payroll salary, claims and foreign workers payout.
HR expertise and a deep understanding of immigration laws and processes.
Oversee and manage the timely submission of statutory requirements and compliance filings.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
Manage employee performance appraisals and support professional development.
Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resource or equivalent.
Minimum2 (two) yearsof working experience in related field.
Proficiency and good in Chinese, English and Malay communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Can start work immediately / within 30 days.
