We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a generalist with a strong background in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and compliance.
This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
Compliance & Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
Update and maintain HR policies and procedures as needed.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Payroll Processing:
Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculating wages, deductions, and overtime.
General Administration:
Oversee office administration tasks such as managing office supplies, tenancy, equipment, and maintenance.
Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Proven experience in the full spectrum of HR functions and administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
