We are seeking a dynamic individual with a vibrant and jovial personality to take on the dual role of HR responsibilities, and serve as the Executive Assistant to our Executive Chairman at Pixlr. This unique position requires someone who can seamlessly navigate between HR tasks and executive support duties, while also serving as an ambassador for the organization. The Job: Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities including preparing Employment / Internship agreements, conducting induction, and facilitating new hire paperwork. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Benefits Administration: Support benefits administration processes including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues as they arise. HR Record-keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Assist with HR audits and compliance reporting as needed. Assist with HR Projects and event management: Participate in HR projects and initiatives such as policy development, training programs, and employee engagement activities. Projects Assigned by Executive Chairperson: Assist in any project(s) assigned by the Immediate Superior and/or Executive Chairperson, providing necessary support and contributing to the successful completion of the project. Requirements The Person: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition with knowledge/experience in the full spectrum of Human Resources functions Strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in Google suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Prior experience supporting C-suite executives is a plus.
