Recruitment and Onboarding
-Create strategies to attract top talent.
-Source, screen, and interview candidates.
-Conduct reference checks and prepare employment contracts.
-Lead orientation training for new hires.
Employee Engagement
-Develop programs to boost employee morale.
-Collect and analyze feedback to improve HR practices.
-Work with management to address employee concerns and enhance retention.
HR Operations
-Support daily HR functions and maintain employee records.
-Process documentation and prepare reports on staffing, training, and performance.
-Coordinate HR projects like training sessions and events.
Compliance and Communication
-Address employee inquiries about HR policies.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
-Collaborate with other departments on HR-related requests.

Working Conditions:
-This position will be based at our HQ office in Section 33, Shah Alam.
-Working days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. The candidate should be prepared for flexibility when required, including working extra hours and weekends, to ensure the successful execution of time-sensitive initiatives.
