As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for handling a variety of HR tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department. This position requires a proactive, independent individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support:
Maintain and update employee records (e.g., personal data, compensation, benefits).
Prepare and manage HR documents (e.g., employment contracts, new employee guides).
Schedule and organize interviews, meetings, and HR events.
Assist in preparing payroll by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonuses, vacations).
2. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Post job ads on job boards and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Coordinate the recruitment process, including interview scheduling and communication with candidates.
Conduct background checks and employment verification.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and paperwork.
3. Employee Relations:
Answer employee queries on HR-related issues.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in employee performance reviews and evaluations.
Assist in resolving employee issues and complaints under the direction of Human Resources Management.
4. Compliance and Record Keeping:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain employee records as required by law.
Assist in preparing and performing HR audits.
Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports.
5. Training and Development:
Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
Maintain training records and monitor training programs.
Support career development programs and performance improvement programs.
6. General HR Support:
Work with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.
Participate in HR process improvements and system implementations.
Provide support in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience working as an HR generalist, preferably in a small or medium enterprise environment.
In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
