What You'll Do As an HR Generalist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across various HR functions.
Your responsibilities will include: -Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Managing end-to-end recruitment process and maintain job portal subscriptions.
-Employee Engagement and Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience, organize engagement activities, and foster a vibrant workplace culture.
-Policy and Compliance: Review and update the employee handbook, manage company license renewals, and ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
-Payroll and Benefits: Provide payroll support, manage employee insurance renewals, and liaise with agents for optimal coverage.
-Training and Development: Planning and coordinating training programs while managing HRDC fund claims.
-Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes and support management with HR data for business needs.
-Office and Vendor Management: Ensuring smooth daily operations, cost optimization, and facility management.
-Safety and Administration: Serve as the OSH Coordinator to uphold workplace safety standards.

-3 – 5 years' experience in a similar role.
