Key Responsibilities:



-Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new employees.


-Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective conflict resolution, employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining open communication channels.


-Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and support employee development.


-HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local labour laws and company policies, maintain accurate HR records, and handle confidential information with discretion.


-Training and Development: Identify training needs, organise training sessions, and support career development programs for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties.


-HR Administration: Assist in payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks. Involved in the management of foreign workers such as disciplinary issues, accommodation arrangement, compliance and audit, medical check-up, treatments, etc.

Qualifications:



-Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


-Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the retail sector.


-Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


-Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.


-Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.


-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


-Positive attitude, proactive, independent, and highly motivated individual.


-Able to Join Immediately
