As a HR Intern, you will support the People and Culture team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the company. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to assisting with onboarding.
Job Responsibilities:
-Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various job platforms, company website, and social media channels.
-Ensure job postings are accurate, appealing, and aligned with company branding.
-Utilize multiple channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events to source potential candidates.
-Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
-Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
-Shortlist candidates for further evaluation by the recruitment team.
-Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
-Provide candidates with necessary information about the interview process and ensure timely communication.
-Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and organising recruitment materials.
