In theHuman Resources Internrole, you'd be working closely with the People Team in supporting the work environment and experience that allows StoreHub employees to thrive.
In this entry-level role, you'll be delivering assistance and administrative support for onboarding, off-boarding processes, employee asset management, and supporting initiatives that drive employee engagement.
You'll be a key team member in helping us build a work environment that enables our employees to thrive and constantly do meaningful work.
You don't need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don't!).
But the work is challenging, fast-paced, and always on the bleeding edge.
So, we're looking for someone who is organized, inquisitive, has a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.
To top it off, we welcome any HR, psychology, or business undergraduate scholars who are switched on and really ready to make good use of their semester breaks!

Job RequirementsWhat you will do:
Assist with non-confidential HR tasks such as data updates, event coordination, or process improvement projects.
Support HR team members with employee engagement initiatives and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Participate in relevant HR-related meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes.
Build and nurture relationships with employees to encourage cross-department/office collaboration and open communication.
Assist with asset preparation for new joiners, including laptops, office supplies, and access setup.
Support the onboarding process by coordinating materials, schedules, and orientation logistics.
Conduct regular office facility checks to ensure a clean, safe, and functional workspace.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely reordering as needed.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document organization.
What you will need:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Able to independently manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Good time management and project management skills.
An inclination towards solution-based thinking and data-driven decision making.
The ability to work through ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities and needs, while handling multiple tasks with a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to clearly and accurately communicate with employees, in both verbal and written forms, and to employees from different cultural backgrounds.
An approach to work that promotes a collaborative and inclusive style.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
