Responsibilities:Responsible for reviewing the processing of payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy, completion of appropriate documentation and compliance with the statutory / regulatory requirements.
Develop and manage competitive compensation structures, including salary reviews, benchmarking, and incentive plans.
Administer benefits programs such as medical insurance and wellness initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations in all compensation and benefits practices.
Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
Lead annual performance appraisal and merit increase processes in collaboration with department heads.
Prepare and monitor the HR budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with company objectives.
Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks in accordance with organizational and legal requirements.
Lead or participate in HR projects, including diversity and inclusion, employer branding, and training development.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Manage HR systems and maintain accurate employee records.
Assist HOD in workforce planning implementation and succession planning strategies.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
Assist in overseeing HR operation activities such as the entire recruitment process and training and development if required.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in property development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Able to build effective and long-standing partnerships across the Company at all levels, particularly with senior management, operating business leaders, and line executives.
Strong analytical skills and able to "deep dive" into the details of the business while staying focused on the big picture and be able to conceptualize both problems and solutions.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery results.
Possess the highest professional and personal standards, unquestioned integrity, and business ethics.
Must be prepared to define their position on significant issues and drive change when necessary.
