Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage and oversee the administration and compliance of foreign workers while supporting general HR functions.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth foreign worker management and contribute to overall HR operations, fostering a productive and compliant work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesForeign Worker Management

Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage recruitment processes for foreign workers, including coordination with agencies.
Handle pre-arrival and onboarding arrangements, such as employment contracts, orientation, and induction.2.
Immigration & Compliance
Process work permits, visas, and other immigration-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and immigration regulations.
Liaise with government bodies such as the Immigration Department and Ministry of Human Resources.3.
Employee Welfare & Administration
Address foreign workers' welfare, including housing, transportation, and healthcare administration.
Act as a point of contact for foreign workers' concerns or grievances.
Oversee renewals of permits, visas, and other legal documents to prevent lapses.General HR Functions

Assist in managing employee records, payroll, and attendance systems.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes for local employees.
Maintain and update HR policies and ensure consistent implementation.2.
Training & Development
Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Identify development opportunities for both local and foreign employees.3.
Employee Relations
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.
Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.4.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, including workforce data and compliance updates.Assist in audits and inspections related to HR and foreign workforce management.Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience, with exposure to foreign worker management.
- Knowledge of immigration processes, labor laws, and government regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with integrity.
- Multilingual proficiency is an added advantage.
