Human Resources Officer

Details of the offer

1. To prepare payroll processing including overtime, allowances, medical, etc. and HR Admin.
2. To maintain payroll records, updating HR databases and prepare HR reports.
3. Administer employee benefits including leaves and medical, monitor staffs attendance.
4. Provide advice and guidance on HR payroll and policies.
5. Manage all statutory administration and to ensure the payment contributions (EPF/SOCSO/EIS/TAX, etc.) are submitted in a timely manner.
6. To execute any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement:
1. Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR & Admin.
2. Possess own transport.
3. Able to work independently.
4. Well-versed in Employment Act 1955.
5. Proficiency in HR2000 is an added advantage.
6. Good command of both English and Mandarin.
7. Must be willing to work at Bandar Bukit Puchong, Puchong.

They are a diversified business entity where they invest in properties , port management , marine repacking and processing, pearls jewelry, orchard and aquatics rearing locally. Their main repacking plant is in Indonesia. They will continue to strive to provide excellence services to their local needs in Malaysia. In 2016, they have expanded their business into supermarket industry.
